Role Overview
The successful candidate will join the nurse team, responsible for delivering nursing and care services within the home. This role involves supervising staff on duty to ensure care is delivered in line with individual care plans, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements
Registered RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN.
Professional, diligent, empathetic, and reliable work ethos.
Previous experience in a care home or similar environment (desirable).
