Role Overview

The company is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and promote Honest Elevator Company’s range of services to facilities managers, property owners, and management companies throughout Ireland.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated salesperson with experience in facilities management, building services, or engineering sales who enjoys building trust and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for maintenance contracts, repair work, modernisation projects, and new installations.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facilities managers, property owners, and management companies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for repeat or additional business.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Administration teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Report on sales pipeline, activities, and performance to the Managing Director.

  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within facilities management, building services, construction, or engineering.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and an established client network.

  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

  • Clear and confident communication style.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

  • Ability to understand and present technical solutions clearly (training provided if not from a lift industry background).
