As this is a month’s trial, candidates will initially use their own computer. If performance is successful in the first month, the company will provide the full PC setup moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce company services, build relationships, and close sales.

  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, offering assistance and information in a professional manner.

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient calendar management.

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, inbox management, and organizing business operations.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication.

  • Report Submission: Submit weekly timesheets detailing completed tasks and hours worked.

  • Software Proficiency: Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and task management software.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales and administrative role preferred, with strong understanding of call handling and customer service.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of presenting services professionally.

  • Sales-Oriented: Confident engaging with potential clients over the phone and via email, with a goal-oriented approach.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment.

  • Proactive & Adaptable: Self-starter with initiative, able to respond quickly to changing priorities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools like Zoom.

  • Work Environment: Quiet home workspace with a reliable internet connection.

  • Equipment: Headset and VoIP phone line will be provided.
