Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to clients with mental health issues, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management
Facilitate and encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and the care team
Build trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive environment
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines related to mental health support and safeguarding
Promote client independence and empowerment through skill development and advocacy
