Job Description
The Customer Service Advisor role at Vax Ltd offers the opportunity to join a dynamic remote team that handles a range of customer queries using a world-class CRM system.

- Salary: £25,396.80 per year (rising to £26,187.26 after 6 months)

Key Responsibilities
Sales through service and product upselling.
Onboarding new customers and providing post-sale support.
Servicing products under warranty.
Offering retailer support and handling general customer inquiries.
Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels — phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and live chat.
Working Hours
40 hours per week, over 7 days (2 consecutive days off).
Monday–Friday: 8-hour shifts between 8:30am and 8:00pm.
Saturday–Sunday: 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Weekend work is required.

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years in a contact centre role.
At least 1 year in sales.
