The Role
D4 Medicals is looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer to take ownership of its websites — improving performance, SEO, design, automation, and user experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the leadership team and marketing staff to bring new digital ideas to life and support the company’s rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimise company websites (WordPress & custom code).
Implement improvements to UI/UX, page speed, responsiveness, and navigation.
Work with the SEO and marketing team to boost search rankings and conversions.
Create new pages, features, and integrations as new services and locations are launched.
Ensure all websites are secure, stable, and backed up regularly.
Support automation projects such as booking system integrations, data dashboards, or CRM links.
Requirements
Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress).
Strong grasp of SEO principles and website performance optimisation.
Experience with booking systems or healthcare platforms is desirable.
Ability to design clean, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive layouts.
Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Creative thinker who takes pride in building systems that work seamlessly.
