Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to clients with mental health issues, ensuring physical and emotional well-being

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management

  • Facilitate participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities

  • Develop and implement personalised support plans in collaboration with clients and the care team

  • Build trusting relationships to foster a safe and supportive environment

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

  • Follow organisational policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines

  • Promote client independence through skill development and advocacy
