Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to clients with mental health issues, ensuring physical and emotional well-being
Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management
Facilitate participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
Develop and implement personalised support plans in collaboration with clients and the care team
Build trusting relationships to foster a safe and supportive environment
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Follow organisational policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines
Promote client independence through skill development and advocacy
