Your Moving is urgently seeking a Work From Home – Phone Sales Representative to join its dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will contact leads regarding their quotes and take incoming calls from potential customers seeking moving services.
The goal is to secure bookings by taking deposits or sending booking links. The role also involves answering calls on a work number, assisting with inquiries, and providing information about moving services to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the moving process.

Responsibilities
Take calls from potential customers
Call leads for bookings
Handle incoming calls regarding moving services
Provide detailed information about pricing, availability, and service options
Assist customers with scheduling moves and answering questions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in phone sales and customer service roles
Strong communication skills in English
Self-motivated and target-driven
Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for helping customers
