This role focuses primarily on short-form video content, as well as podcasts and commercials for various platforms, ensuring each piece aligns with clients’ brand visions and engages audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Must be available 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Must have a professional colour grading monitor/screen
Must be proficient in DaVinci Resolve, including advanced colour grading
Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects for short-form content
Edit BRAW and R3D RAW footage into polished final outputs meeting project specifications and deadlines
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Social Media Manager, and other team members to align with creative direction and goals
Use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition to enhance video quality through colour correction, sound editing, and motion graphics
Maintain an organised library of video assets and ensure all files are properly backed up
Stay up to date with the latest trends in video editing and post-production
Assist with storyboards or scripts when necessary
Provide constructive feedback and creative input during project development
Requirements
Fast internet connection (projects are stored on the company’s server and must be downloaded locally; smallest project file is around 256GB)
Proven experience in video editing and colour grading, with a strong portfolio or showreel
Must own professional editing and grading equipment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro & After Effects)
Strong command of DaVinci Resolve
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Creative mindset with the ability to think visually and tell compelling stories
Up to date with current trends in post-production and colour grading
Familiarity with current social media editing styles
Strong grasp of English grammar and punctuation to ensure captions are error-free, engaging, and brand-appropriate
