Key Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support clients in following individual care plans to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report changes in condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment.
Ensure safety and well-being by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate regularly with families and healthcare providers regarding client care.
Use IT systems for documentation and communication.
Experience & Requirements
Previous experience in a care home or domiciliary care setting is advantageous but not essential.
Good command of English for effective communication.
Familiarity with care plans and ability to follow them accurately.
Strong IT skills for maintaining records.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
