About the Opportunity
Fortune Property Leasing Group Ltd offers an opportunity to live and work in London as a Remote Housing Operations Assistant. This role allows candidates to work online from company-provided accommodation, handling administrative and tenant support tasks using cloud-based systems. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Log and track repairs in Arthur, liaising with contractors and scheduling visits.
Upload compliance documents (Gas, EPC, EICR, HMO) and maintain organised files.
Record rent receipts and prepare arrears or weekly status reports.
Assist with property listings, advert updates, and digital inventories.
Maintain GDPR-compliant records and follow internal SOPs.
Skills & Qualities
Conversational English with clear written communication.
Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
Friendly and professional communication skills, respectful in shared housing.
Property, administration, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
Hours & Pay (Fully Compliant)
Part-time: Approximately 20–25 hrs/wk (student-friendly scheduling).
Full-time: 35–40 hrs/wk available.
Hourly Pay (effective 1 April 2025):
Age 21+ (NLW): £12.21/hr
Age 18–20: £10.00/hr
Accommodation & Deductions (Meets NMW Rules)
Company accommodation in London provided, including bills and Wi-Fi.
Accommodation contribution via payroll capped at £10.66/day (maximum £74.62/week).
If rent exceeds the legal offset, the excess is handled separately under a tenancy agreement and does not reduce pay below minimum wage.
