Role Overview
The Dragon, Willington is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-time Housekeeper to join the opening team at The Hart. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
This is a part-time position, primarily covering weekends and some weekdays.
Shift start times vary between 6:00am (early shifts) and 10:00am (late shifts), typically finishing around 3:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to a consistently high standard.
Maintain public areas, ensuring they remain clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Replenish linen, towels, and guest amenities as required.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
Process and store laundry correctly.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Support the wider team with additional housekeeping or guest service tasks when needed.
About You
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (ideally in hospitality), but not essential — full training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
Reliable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexible and available to work weekends and early mornings.
