About The Role
The Avenues Trust Group is seeking Support Workers to join its team in Hildenborough, supporting five individuals with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, and behaviours of concern.
This role offers both part-time and full-time hours, ranging from 24 to 39 hours per week. Shifts run between 7:00 am and 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday, including mid-day shifts. Availability will be discussed during the application process.
The people supported enjoy active lifestyles, including swimming, long walks, and bike rides — therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Each day is different, but typical duties include:
Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently.
Assisting with daily activities such as shopping, cooking, and managing finances.
Encouraging social interaction with friends, family, and the community.
Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
Making each day meaningful and enjoyable for those supported.
No Experience Required
Previous experience is not necessary. The Avenues Trust Group provides award-winning, accredited training at no cost, including Health and Social Care Diplomas to support professional development.
