Overview
Keane Premier Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join its team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. The position involves supervising and mentoring care assistants to maintain the highest standards of care.
Note: Sponsorship may be available. Due to business needs, preference may be given to candidates eligible to transfer or switch visas with minimal processing time to enable a timely start.

Main Responsibilities
Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes resident independence and dignity.
Assist in planning and delivering individualised care to residents.
Supervise and lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support.
Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
Perform personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring residents’ health and safety.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Participate in developing, implementing, and updating care plans.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care home.
Uphold confidentiality and respect for residents’ rights and privacy.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Qualifications and Requirements
SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A valid PVG and two references are required.
