As a Support Worker, your role will be vital in improving the quality of life for the people you support. Duties include:
Assisting individuals with personal care such as grooming and hygiene
Supporting with household chores and maintaining a safe home environment
Helping with meal preparation, shopping, and medication management
Encouraging social engagement through outings and community activities
Building trusting relationships with individuals and their families
Maintaining accurate records to ensure high standards of care
