Role Overview
The position of Quality Support Administrator is designed to provide vital administrative and documentation support to the Director of Quality Compliance & Risk. This role plays an essential part in coordinating quality activities, maintaining documentation compliance, and ensuring team efficiency.
This is a part-time position (12–14 hours per week) offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. Although primarily remote, occasional travel to any of the eight TFP Fertility clinics may be required with prior notice.
Key Responsibilities
Support document control and review of quality-related documentation.
Assist in meeting coordination, including scheduling and preparing agendas.
Track Quality team deadlines and deliverables, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Conduct basic document-based audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Collect, collate, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support preparation of presentations and reports.
Maintain and update databases and document management systems.
Provide general administrative support to the Quality function.
Qualifications and Training
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (experience in Quality, Compliance, or Regulatory environments is advantageous).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with document management systems or databases is an advantage.
Confident communicator, capable of engaging with colleagues at all levels and following up on actions diplomatically.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

The Location
While the position is mainly remote, TFP Fertility’s head office is based at TFP Oxford Fertility, located in a business park near Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40. The site offers ample free parking for staff and patients. Travel to any of the eight TFP Fertility locations may occasionally be required, with notice provided in advance.
