Precious Homes, an award-winning and Investors in People accredited organisation, is seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join the team as Support Workers. Previous experience in care roles such as support work, domiciliary or home care, or residential homes is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided for those new to the role.

About the Service
Robins View is a supported living service for up to 11 adult service users with mental health diagnoses, Autism, and mild learning disabilities. The role involves supporting active service users in the community, including attending college and work placements on occasion.

Key Responsibilities
Support residents in developing independence and life skills.
Assist individuals in achieving daily goals and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies.
Help develop person-centred plans for residents, including employment and education opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and complete risk assessments.
Provide personal care when required, encouraging greater independence.
Support residents with daily activities and skill development.
