Job Summary
Milewood Healthcare Ltd is expanding its dedicated team of Support Workers at Beckdale House in Manchester. Beckdale House is a large semi-detached residential service located in Sale, established in 2009. It is within walking distance of Sale town centre and easily accessible via tram, providing access to local amenities and surrounding areas.
Position Details
Hours: Part-time (24 hours)
Pay: £12.35 per hour
Experience: No prior experience required – full training provided.

This position is ideal for individuals with a hardworking, compassionate nature and a positive, can-do attitude.
Job Responsibilities
Support Workers at Milewood Healthcare Ltd are responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. The role includes both in-house and community-based support, helping residents live as independently as possible.
Key tasks include:
Monitoring, recording, and administering medication.
Light household chores.
Assisting with mobility and personal care.
Supporting with shopping and food preparation.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and some unsociable hours to ensure consistent care delivery.
Ideal Candidate
Reliable, friendly, and caring towards service users.
Able to assist with in-house activities and hobbies.
Attentive and encouraging, helping residents achieve their goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and effective handovers.
Drivers are welcome, but driving is not required for this role.
