Role Overview

Sherpa Online is seeking qualified UK teachers and experienced tutors to meet the growing demand for 1:1 private tuition across GCSE and A-Level subjects. All subjects are considered, with high demand in:

Maths, English, Economics, Business Studies, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Politics, Geography, History, Computing, and Languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored lesson plans based on the student’s needs, learning pace, and curriculum requirements

  • Tutor in subject-specific material in a clear and engaging way

  • Provide regular assessments, feedback, and identify knowledge gaps

  • Prepare students for exams through past papers, problem-solving, and exam strategies

  • Foster a positive and motivating learning environment

  • Keep parents informed of student progress and provide guidance for home support
