Key Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers with their queries
Perform data entry tasks to maintain updated customer records and interactions
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to ensure a positive customer experience
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services
Analyse customer feedback and issues to improve service delivery and satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively
Call potential clients who have expressed interest in the company’s services
Provide clear information about LabMedExpert’s offerings
Convince and convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up with prospects as necessary to close deals
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call centre work
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Confident, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
Market-driven mindset with the ability to convert leads into customers
Reliable and able to work independently within short daily shifts (2 hours)
Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Pay and Hours
Pay: £12.82 – £12.85 per hour
