Key Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers with their queries

  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain updated customer records and interactions

  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to ensure a positive customer experience

  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services

  • Analyse customer feedback and issues to improve service delivery and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively

  • Call potential clients who have expressed interest in the company’s services

  • Provide clear information about LabMedExpert’s offerings

  • Convince and convert leads into confirmed sales

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

  • Follow up with prospects as necessary to close deals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call centre work

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Confident, professional, and goal-oriented attitude

  • Market-driven mindset with the ability to convert leads into customers

  • Reliable and able to work independently within short daily shifts (2 hours)

  • Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
