About the Role
Active Care Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of complex care, is seeking a Support Worker (Days) to assist a client with epilepsy in their own home and within the community. This position is part of the Care in the Home division, which supports adults with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and complex health needs to live independently at home.

Working Hours
2 Day Shifts per week
Shift times: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Total hours: 19 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide care and support to a male client with epilepsy in his home and community
Deliver assistance with daily living tasks and promote independence
Maintain a kind, respectful, and professional approach at all times
Follow care plans and ensure consistent, quality support

No previous experience required – full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support are provided
