About the Role

The Orchard Trust is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers to join the residential home in Lydbrook, Forest of Dean. The role involves supporting clients with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives in a caring and compassionate environment.

Experience in the care sector is desirable but not required — full training is provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Expected Hours: 15 – 37.5 per week

Pay and Benefits

  • £12.21 – £12.46 per hour

  • Under 18s: £9.75 per hour

  • £29 per night – waking night enhancement

  • £15.00 for a 7.5-hour bank holiday shift

  • Equivalent of the minimum wage per hour for sleep-in duties
