Role Overview
HTS (Property & Environment) Ltd, part of HTS Group, provides Housing Repairs & Maintenance and Environmental Services for tenants and residents in Harlow. The company is seeking a friendly, proactive, and reliable Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours) to join the team.
This is a job share position, offering 15 hours per week on a ‘4 On 4 Off’ rolling rota — working two shifts per week on various days and hours.
Monday to Friday: between 4:00 pm – 12:00 am
Saturday and Sunday: between 8:00 am – 12:00 am
The role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility and variety. Alongside your job share partner, you’ll ensure that every aspect of the position is covered and that residents continue to receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, handling all enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Provide updates to tenants, arrange follow-up calls, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Dispatch jobs and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Liaise with colleagues across departments and external contractors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Previous call centre or customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
