About the Role
The Sales Manager position is ideal for someone who is both commercially driven and hands-on. The role involves growing the customer base, managing leads, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. It also includes occasional operational tasks such as preparing storage units or handling light packages.
This role suits individuals who enjoy a combination of customer interaction, sales strategy, and practical engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert sales leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates.
Coordinate bookings, pickups, and logistics with the operations team.
Occasionally assist with light manual tasks such as moving or preparing boxes and ensuring units are customer-ready.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to get involved in hands-on tasks.
