Key Duties
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating datasets from multiple sources.
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Excel or Power BI.
Conduct basic analysis to identify trends and insights.
Collaborate with the data team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting tasks.
Maintain clear documentation for data and reporting processes.
Qualifications
Strong interest in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is desirable but not required.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK (Edinburgh candidates preferred).
