Jacada Travel is seeking a talented Social Media and Content Manager to join its Marketing Team. This role is a maternity cover contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The position involves managing content across Jacada Travel’s organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn) and email marketing, including newsletters and workflows. The successful candidate will also manage a small team, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s creative direction and commercial goals.
This is a creative and brand-focused role that requires excellent writing and editing skills, visual awareness, and strong organisational ability.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across Jacada Travel’s social media and email marketing channels.
Guide and support the team in producing engaging social assets and drafting emails.
Participate in copywriting, editing, and approving content to maintain brand consistency.
Manage community engagement and performance testing.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with commercial priorities.
Collaborate with regional experts and the digital team to track and enhance campaign performance.
Ensure adherence to Jacada Travel’s brand guidelines and content standards.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
Email marketing experience.
Previous line management experience.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Solid understanding of marketing KPIs.
Knowledge of the luxury sector.
Desirable Skills
Experience within the travel industry.
Strong understanding of the US market.
Knowledge of sustainable travel.
Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, and scheduling tools.
Experience producing paid social creatives.
Personal Attributes
