Support Worker – The Laurel & Dean Park
Support Worker – Revell Close & The Lanterns (Females & UK Qualified Drivers Only)
Role Responsibilities
Provide safe, person-centred support to individuals in care.
Assist with daily activities such as shopping, appointments, leisure outings, and personal care.
Encourage and support independence in everyday living.
Drive company or service users’ vehicles as required.
Work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Candidate Requirements
Compassionate and reliable female applicants only (this role is restricted to women under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).
Confident driver comfortable supporting people in the community.
Full UK driving licence required, with the ability to drive a company bus or supported individuals’ vehicles.
No prior experience needed – full training will be provided.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
