Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is offering a rewarding opportunity to join its team as a Care Support Worker, providing practical support to unpaid carers. Positions are available in Llanelli, Ammanford, Carmarthen, Ceredigion, and surrounding areas.
Applicants must currently reside in the United Kingdom, preferably within Carmarthenshire County, and must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not provided.

Requirements
Applicants should be:
Kind-hearted, reliable, compassionate, and personable
In possession of a driving licence and own vehicle (with business-use insurance)
Willing to undergo screening checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
Willing to achieve required training and register with Social Care Wales
No previous experience required – full training provided
Guaranteed hours available upon request

Provide support to carers and individuals with care needs, including emotional support
Deliver and promote personal care
Perform domestic tasks as required
