Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager role focuses on maintaining and strengthening sponsor relationships. This position involves ensuring client satisfaction, seamless event preparation, and successful sponsor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success
Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, serving as their main contact and trusted advisor.
Guide sponsors through onboarding to ensure they understand event formats and best practices.
Collaborate with sponsors to prepare tailored event briefings and materials.
Lead sponsor pre-event briefing calls and manage personalized follow-ups.
Provide detailed post-event reports, including attendance, follow-ups, and delegate information.
Conduct regular calls to strengthen sponsor relationships and ensure engagement.
Coordinate cross-team initiatives and monitor project timelines.
Maintain proactive, timely communication with all sponsors.
Identify and resolve potential issues to ensure sponsors achieve strong ROI from working with Increase Group.
Sponsor Advocacy
Represent sponsor needs internally, sharing feedback with relevant departments such as Audience Acquisition and Operations.
Provide sponsors with strategic advice and tailored guidance.
Work closely with the Managing Director, EA, Audience Acquisition Director, Content Director, and Operations teams.
Participate in Senior Leadership Team meetings.
Update sponsor representative details in master delegate sheets.
Notify Operations of post-event follow-up requirements.
Skills and Experience
Proven background in Customer Success, Account Management, Executive Assistant, or PA roles.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Experience managing client relationships and event-related tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
