Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including B2B marketing campaigns.

  • Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and scheduling posts using management tools.

  • Support SEO optimisation efforts through keyword research, content optimisation, and analysis using Google Analytics and other tools.

  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns by drafting copy, segmenting audiences, and analysing campaign performance.

  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress; optimise content for search engines.

  • Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop for digital campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate with external agencies for advertising initiatives such as Google Ads campaigns.

  • Prepare reports analysing campaign performance metrics and provide insights for future strategies using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects while maintaining organisational standards.

  • Support management with administrative duties related to marketing activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or strong interest in marketing, management, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for various channels.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns effectively.

  • Knowledge of social media management tools and B2B marketing practices is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • IT literacy with a good understanding of project management tools and organisational software.
