Key Responsibilities
Plan and provide sessions and activities that help individuals learn and develop new skills.
Support people in pursuing their personal interests and hobbies.
Help individuals maintain meaningful relationships with friends and families.
Act as a Key Worker — writing and agreeing on support plans while coordinating care and assistance.
Assist with eating, drinking, and personal care needs.
Requirements
No previous experience required — full training and induction will be provided.
A car suitable for work use is essential (business insurance required).
Typical working hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, though flexibility is required between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm to meet individual support needs.
Occasional weekend work may be required.
