About the Role

Support Workers at Kingdom Support and Care provide one-to-one support to individuals in their own homes through a core and cluster model. This structure allows staff to work independently while having colleagues nearby for additional help when needed.

The people supported by KSC enjoy a wide range of activities such as walks in the park, coffee outings, swimming, jigsaw puzzles, or short breaks. Support Workers also provide essential care during quieter days when individuals need extra reassurance and understanding.

This role requires flexibility, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different needs — ensuring that every person receives the best possible care and support.

Recruitment Centre

Candidates may be invited to attend an Assessment Centre event on Monday 1st December at the Forth Valley Sensory Centre (9:30am – 12pm).
The session includes group activities and a short interview in a relaxed and supportive setting. Writing tasks may be included, and adjustments can be arranged if needed.

Naumann Initiative

Kingdom Support and Care is committed to helping eradicate homelessness. Applications are particularly welcomed from individuals who are currently registered homeless or have been within the past 12 months.

Applicants meeting both the essential job criteria and this eligibility will be guaranteed shortlisting. Successful candidates who are homeless at the time of offer will also be provided with tenancy in one of Kingdom’s properties through the Naumann Initiative.
