Key Duties
Assist in collecting and documenting business and functional requirements.
Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions.
Help prepare reports, client presentations, and business documentation.
Collaborate with analysts and consultants on active client projects.
Contribute to project tracking, coordination, and delivery tasks.
Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
Qualifications
Strong interest in business analysis, consulting, or data-driven problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with business analysis frameworks (e.g., SWOT, gap analysis, user stories) desirable.
Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK (Coventry candidates preferred).
