Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of ongoing and new projects.

  • Work collaboratively and positively with a wide range of partners and collaborators.

  • Coordinate complex activities, including the organisation of events and meetings.

  • Draft and prepare documentation for organisation-wide communication.

  • Identify and coordinate opportunities for continual service improvement.

  • Support colleagues and supervise team members where required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in project coordination and administration.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Experience supporting service improvement initiatives.

  • Competence in drafting high-quality reports and documentation.

Work Location and Flexibility

This role is based at the RDN Coordinating Centre (RDNCC) office, Queen Street, Leeds.
The University operates a hybrid working model, requiring staff to spend at least 40% of their time in the office. Flexible working arrangements may also be discussed.

Some national travel may be required as part of this role.
