Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day communication with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues, primarily supporting patients via phone, email, and LiveChat.

  • Adapt communication styles to meet customer needs.

  • Contribute to weekly support team meetings.

  • Attend staff meetings and maintain positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Collaborate with the Ultramed team to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

Essential:

  • A-level education or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for phone and email correspondence.

  • Ability to work across multiple support channels.

  • Capable of prioritising workload based on team needs.

  • Flexible approach to tasks and professional development.

  • Initiative and problem-solving ability.

  • Able to work independently and within a team.

  • Confident and articulate in presenting information and opinions.
