Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Marketing

  • Build and manage lists, segments, workflows, and automation.

  • Create email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.

  • Set up lead scoring, A/B tests, and performance dashboards.

  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance.

Paid Acquisition

  • Plan and manage Google Ads across search, display, and video.

  • Oversee LinkedIn Ads for demand and lead generation.

  • Build landing pages and conversion paths; track results in HubSpot and GA4.

  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and weekly reports.

Organic Growth

  • Plan and publish website content, case studies, and thought leadership.

  • Manage the LinkedIn page and assist leadership with posting calendars.

  • Enhance SEO through on-page optimisation, internal links, and metadata improvements.

Content Creation and Management

  • Write clear copy for web pages, emails, ads, and marketing materials.

  • Produce and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

  • Update and maintain website pages in WordPress.

  • Coordinate testimonials, reviews, and proof points.

Social Media, Events, and Webinars

  • Schedule social content and track engagement and growth.

  • Organise webinars and occasional B2B outreach events.

  • Prepare launch plans for new services and partnerships.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Manage GA4 and HubSpot reporting dashboards for the sales team.

  • Monitor campaign metrics and prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Run experiments, interpret insights, and scale effective strategies.

Project Management

  • Lead marketing projects from concept to completion.

  • Align marketing activities with business goals through planning with sales and leadership teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven experience across SEO, email marketing, social media, B2B marketing, and project management.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

  • Effective communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership experience in managing projects or small teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in professional services or B2B lead generation.
