The Role
Social Sister LTD is seeking motivated, confident, and creative women to join the team as Self-Employed Social Media & Marketing Executives.
This opportunity suits individuals with a background or interest in social media, content creation, and sales who wish to turn their passion into income, growth, and long-term success.
The role involves working alongside the Social Sister team on real business accounts — creating, managing, and selling marketing packages while developing your own portfolio and personal brand.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage client content, including photos, videos, reels, captions, and stories.
Pitch and sell Social Sister marketing packages to potential clients.
Build relationships with brands within the beauty, aesthetics, and lifestyle industries.
Attend weekly content shoots and creative sessions.
Develop a personal brand and enhance online presence.
Learn to close sales, manage clients, and deliver high-value marketing results.
Collaborate with the Social Sister team on growth strategies and mentorship.
Training & Mentorship
Team members receive direct mentorship from Jodie Morris, the founder of Social Sister LTD. This includes practical training in marketing strategy, branding, and content creation systems that drive results.
Each individual works closely with Jodie to build confidence, refine skills, and develop a profitable portfolio.
A minimum 3-month commitment is required to invest time in growth, skill development, and brand building.
Earning Potential
This is a commission-based, self-employed role, offering uncapped earning potential and flexibility.
Commission Rate: 40% per sale
Average Package: £1,500 per client
Typical Earnings: £36,000 – £50,000+ per year (based on 5–7 clients per month)
