Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Arrivy, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth. You’ll connect with prospective customers, build pipeline, and create meaningful conversations that lead to sales opportunities. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) and inbound lead follow-up.

  • Understand prospect needs, pain points, and operational workflows to identify fit.

  • Book and manage discovery calls or demos for Account Executives.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and target segments.

  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly KPIs for meetings and pipeline creation.

  • Engage with a global team across time zones to ensure seamless handoffs and account coverage.

  • Contribute to improving outreach sequences, playbooks, and GTM strategy.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (preferably SaaS).

  • Driven Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.

  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with a global team.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience is equally valued.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or tech startups.

  • Knowledge of field service, logistics, solar, or operations software.

  • Experience selling into SMB and mid-market customers.

  • Familiarity with integration and workflow automation platforms.
