The Cossham Gardens service is home to twenty adults with physical disabilities. The service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live there. Every day brings new moments to celebrate, from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your Working Hours
Full-time and part-time hours are available.
You’ll need to be flexible to work weekends as part of a rota.
Typical shifts may include:
• Day shifts: [e.g. 7:30am–7:30pm, 7:30am–1:30pm or 3pm–9pm]

We are currently under consultation proposing a change to the enhancement rates paid. If the proposal is accepted, from 1 December 2025 new enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to weekend working only (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What You’ll Do
• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Help each person live life on their own terms
No previous care experience? No problem – full training will be provided.
