Deben Willow Care Ltd, based in Woodbridge, is a privately-owned provider of care services within the community. The company is looking for committed Community Care Workers to join the existing team.
Role Overview
As a member of the community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent. Support may include personal care, medication support, companionship, and a non-exhaustive list of tasks that assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy, and content within their home environment.
Vacancies are available in the following areas: North Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Hollesley, Alderton, and surrounding locations.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a range of skills including:
Knowledge within the sector

High levels of care and service delivery
Requirements
Personal development
All training face to face
In order to be considered for this position you must hold a driving licence and your own transport
An enhanced DBS and references will be required upon a position being offered
Good timekeeping essential
Computer-based knowledge essential
Deben Willow Care offers a 42-hour per week contract on a two-week fixed roster. There is the opportunity for additional overtime to supplement holiday and staff absence.
