As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. This is a remote, UK-based role with flexibility and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitor analysis.
Translate user insights and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences aligned with best practices and brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics data, and user testing results.
Present design concepts and rationales clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices.
Requirements
0–10 years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, interaction design, or related fields.
A strong portfolio showcasing UX process, UI design capabilities, and problem-solving skills (academic or professional work accepted).
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Experience working in agile environments.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end concepts.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design workflows.
Must have the right to work in the UK (Valid Visa).
