Who Pendle Support Ltd Is Looking For

Pendle Support Ltd is looking for people aged 18 or over with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact. A DBS/ISA clearance is required, along with a caring and proactive approach. No prior experience in care work is needed, as the company ensures all staff are fully equipped for the role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your contributions will be vital to the well-being and happiness of those you support. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping individuals with personal care, such as getting ready for the day, grooming, and maintaining hygiene

  • Assisting with household chores to create a safe and comfortable home environment

  • Supporting meal preparation, shopping, and medication to maintain health and independence
