Who Pendle Support Ltd Is Looking For
Pendle Support Ltd is looking for people aged 18 or over with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact. A DBS/ISA clearance is required, along with a caring and proactive approach. No prior experience in care work is needed, as the company ensures all staff are fully equipped for the role.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your contributions will be vital to the well-being and happiness of those you support. Responsibilities include:
Helping individuals with personal care, such as getting ready for the day, grooming, and maintaining hygiene
Assisting with household chores to create a safe and comfortable home environment
Supporting meal preparation, shopping, and medication to maintain health and independence
Encouraging and facilitating social engagement by joining individuals on outings and community activities
Building strong, trusting relationships with those you care for and their families
Ensuring accurate record-keeping to monitor progress and maintain high standards of care
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and receive ongoing guidance to ensure success in the role.
