1st Central Care ltd is looking for full-time and part-time Healthcare Assistant to work in the Thurrock and surrounding area in patient’s homes. This position is for a weekly shift pattern.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday

Duties
Assist patients with personal care in their home environment
Assist to prepare meals and help feed patients
Assist patients with mobility
Complete comphrensive documentation their notes
Assist with scheduling and confirm appointments
Perform clean up duties such as cleaning up after using crockery and cutlery and make the bed
Assist patients with their medication
Document in the system (CMS) as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education
Preferred community healthcare assistance experience. Training will be provided upon hire.
Experience
Previous experience in healthcare preferred, but not required.
