Overview
Fauld House Care Home Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join the team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and ensuring their well-being. WE HAVE A SPONSORSHIP LICENCE FOR THIS VACANCY.
Duties
Assist residents with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, and eating
Support in the implementation of care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Help residents engage in recreational activities
Maintain a clean and organised living environment
Requirements
Previous experience in care home or home care settings is desirable
Ability to use basic IT systems for record keeping
Strong communication skills in English
Compassionate nature and willingness to provide high-quality care
Own transport desirable
Shifts pattern: 07.00pm to 07.00am
Working hours: 24.5 hours per week, various days
