Overview
MD HEALTHCARE is looking for a Full-Time Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the Burleigh Hill Team.
Contract: 4 nights per week, 4 x 12-hour night shifts from 8pm to 8am
Shifts allocated between Monday to Sunday

Duties
Work as a trained multi-skilled member of the team providing various aspects of care to elderly and physically disabled residents
Provide and assist with training of Healthcare Assistants
Monitor standards of care within the home to ensure a high-quality, caring service at all times
Essential Criteria
1 year of experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a Nursing Home or similar environment
Registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC)
English Language ability to at least CEFR level B1 in reading, writing, speaking, and listening (as required for the Skilled Worker Visa). Evidence may include an approved English Language Test (e.g., IELTS for UKVI), a UK qualification, or a degree taught in English
Right to work in the UK
Desirable Criteria
NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent
2 years of experience in a nursing home or similar environment
Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or in a supervisory capacity
Previous experience in induction or training roles
