About the Opportunity
B Independent Support is expanding its team across Chelmsford and the surrounding towns and is looking for dependable, kind-hearted Support Workers to join the organisation. This role is ideal if you’re seeking flexibility—choose shifts that fit around your life while gaining valuable experience in a positive, supportive environment. As services grow, permanent contracts frequently become available.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You may be:
Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, housework, or personal care
Supporting people to attend appointments, hobbies, and social activities
Encouraging confidence, independence and wellbeing
Building meaningful, trusting relationships with the individuals you support
About You

A driver (desirable but not essential)
