FindMy Tutor is looking for passionate, innovative, and highly motivated teachers and tutors who currently run their own tutoring business and wish to make a positive difference in their students’ educational journey.

What Does Being a FindMy Tutor Look Like?
A flexible schedule – you choose when, where and how you work. As a self-employed, freelance, online tutor working with FindMy Tutor, you have complete autonomy over your working environment.
A flexible pay rate – you set your own fee for each tutoring session on offer. FindMy Tutor only takes a 5% commission from each booking.
No monthly invoicing or chasing payments – automated payment is handled prior to any booked session, allowing you to focus on tutoring.
Access to an easy-to-use, state-of-the-art online tutoring platform – including a secure virtual classroom, a dashboard showing all bookings, and tools to upload useful materials for your students, helping you automate, manage and grow your tutoring business.
Requirements to Become a Tutor
A passion for tutoring
Strong communication skills and a professional manner
Enhanced DBS certificate and proof of right to work in the UK (for UK-based tutors)
An online tutoring business to bring onto the platform
A relevant qualification and experience in your chosen subject area
A teaching qualification (proof required)
Minimum two years’ experience in teaching or online tutoring
