Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Support clients with mobility and physical needs
Administer medication as required
Promote independence and emotional well-being
Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
Candidate Requirements
Kind, empathetic, and respectful approach
Willingness to work a mixture of AM and afternoon shifts, including alternative weekends
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings
