Full Job Description
Simplified Tuition is an online tuition service for GCSE & A-Level Chemistry students across the UK, and is looking for an experienced tutor to join the team.

Fully remote
Group tuition (up to 6 students)
Weekday evenings 5-8pm
Earn up to £55 / hour
GCSE Chemistry (Triple, Higher) and/or A-Level Chemistry (AQA / OCR-A)
Role Requirements
Experience (minimum 2 years) in teaching/tutoring:
A-Level Chemistry (AQA)
A-Level Chemistry (OCR-A)
GCSE Chemistry (Triple, Higher)
Additionally:
Available to tutor minimum 6 hours per week (weekdays 5-8pm)
Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
Owns and uses a tablet + stylus / graphics pad
Holds a valid DBS (or willing to obtain one)
Has right to work in the UK
Ideal Candidate
Has experience teaching multiple courses (e.g. GCSE, A-Level AQA and OCR-A)
Has prior experience with online tutoring
Has undergone exam-marking training with AQA or OCR-A

Role Description
Duties include:
Deliver weekly lessons at set times
Maintain a consistent tutoring schedule
Utilise curriculum resources while using or adapting own materials
Provide brief student progress updates every 2 weeks
Record lessons for safeguarding
Communicate within the team channel
Liaise with the team for cover
Cover for other team members
