The role involves creating authentic, results-driven content that captures attention and amplifies brand presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creating Content: Design and produce engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, blogs, and newsletters that resonate with adventure, lifestyle, and outdoor brands. Ensure every piece is on-brand, visually distinct, and strategically sound.
Collaborating: Work closely with the Creative Director to brainstorm campaigns, share fresh ideas, and bring creative concepts to life. Input and new perspectives are encouraged.
Building Community: Engage authentically with online communities to grow brand presence through storytelling that feels real and relatable.
Staying Ahead: Monitor content trends, platform updates, and audience engagement to inform creative strategies.
Delivering Quality: Ensure all content reflects credibility, quality, and a modern, adventurous spirit.
Tracking Performance: Monitor metrics and translate data into creative improvements, focusing on results as well as visuals.

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Experience & Requirements
At least 1 year of content creation experience
Portfolio showcasing social media content, blogs, or newsletters
